Refund Policy

At Rumedha Consultancy (OPC) Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality website development and digital marketing services. By purchasing our services, you agree to our No Refund Policy as outlined below.

1. No Refunds on Services Rendered

All sales are final. Once payment is made for any service, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to:

  • Website development projects (custom, WordPress, eCommerce, etc.).
  • Digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, content marketing, etc.).
  • Consultation services.

2. Project Cancellation Policy

  • If a client wishes to cancel a project after initiation, no refund will be provided.
  • Any work completed up to the cancellation date remains the property of Rumedha Consultancy until full payment is received.

3. Service Modifications & Revisions

  • We offer limited revisions based on the service agreement.
  • Additional modifications beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Clients agree not to file chargebacks or disputes without first contacting us to resolve issues.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to legal action and suspension of services.
